Allan Hauptfeld / President

Allan is an expert in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques, and specializes in consumer packaged goods, brand communications issues, and customer satisfaction and loyalty. He has a particular passion for transforming complex business issues into actionable research findings. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for developing actionable, information-based recommendations.

Allan spent a large part of his career on the client side so understands the many challenges facing research departments today. As such, he has directed scores of research efforts covering all phases of product and marketing lifecycles.

Allan also has extensive experience in customer service and loyalty research, as well as in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Before starting Vantage Research + Consulting Inc. in 2006, Allan was Research Director for the Nestlé USA Beverage Division and held senior research positions at Danone Waters and First Interstate Bancorp.

Allan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications, both from the University of Connecticut.
