Allan spent a large part of his career on the client side so understands the many challenges facing research departments today. As such, he has directed scores of research efforts covering all phases of product and marketing lifecycles.
Allan also has extensive experience in customer service and loyalty research, as well as in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Before starting Vantage Research + Consulting Inc. in 2006, Allan was Research Director for the Nestlé USA Beverage Division and held senior research positions at Danone Waters and First Interstate Bancorp.
Allan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications, both from the University of Connecticut.
